Dear Sir,
I have booked a plot in Mar-**** on EMI basis with m/s Shine City Infra, Varanasi and two year continuously deposited the EMI after that it was realized that company is not serious and not buy the appropriate land for allotment, so i have stopped to pay the balance EMI and ask to cancel my booking and return my money back.
All document submitted in Feb.**** and as per policy they promised to pay back the money by Apr.****, but till Aug.**** no amount received and when asking for the amount, no clarity received. I'm posted at Sikkim and it is very difficult go to their office regularly.
It is requested, please do the needful, so that i can get the money back.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
