Relaince mart - Refund of payment of transaction dt

I have done transaction of Rs.***.** two time at relaince mart, sec ** Mohali by scanning. I got successful msg of deduction but store didn't get payment confirmation. Attendant at store told me to pay cash again and wait for two days. After six days I visit the store to get my payment back. Mr Rahul at store is agree that he has received his payment in company account still he deny to give my payment back and told me to wait more * days. I want to ask that is it right to delay and ask customer to come again and again even after receiving confirmation of payment .
