This is to inform you that I have ₹*,*** in my Otipy wallet, which has been lying unused for almost a year. Since they have not been delivering vegetables or groceries in my area for the past * months, I have repeatedly requested them through their app as well as via WhatsApp support to refund my wallet balance.
Despite multiple follow-ups, my amount has not been refunded yet.
This delay is highly inconvenient and unacceptable. Please help me to get the refund.
