Meesho - Refund of only 1 item when paid for two

Ordered a combo product of *. Product was delivered on *th April ****. Recieved only one out of the two, when the product details on the cover had mentioned two of them. Return was initiated saying one product was missing. The product was returned on *th April. On the same day got the refund of only one item which is ***. I had paid *** for the entire product. When called the help centre to find a solution, they clearly said they cant help as the matter does not fall under their policies. I lost my money and the product was also not satisfactory.
