Pandit Deendayal Petroleum University - Refund of my semester fees which I never studied

I was in *th semester and after giving all our exams the university demanded to pay fees before results which almost all of us paid. So I already paid my fees for *th semester. And then my results came and i was failing which cause me year back. So after some time I decided to cancel my admission and requested my fees back. It was COVID period that’s why I emailed them to cancel my admission on which they replied to come physically and complete other formalities. I was in Rajasthan during *st and *nd lockdown so I wasn’t able to go. Now before one month I went to university and requested my fees back to which they denied and said we can’t refund your fees if you want to continue to study you can. It’s hard earned money which university is not refunding. Please let this reach to top level of management.
