Travelook - REFUND OF MY MONEY

Hi,
I booked my ticket from bengaluru to delhi on *th July,**** of **th july **** but it got cancelled due to technical issues. After that I called customer support they told me money will be credited to my account within *-** working days. Its been more than *month and I have not received a single call or msg from the team. I spoke to Nihal hussain and Harpreet kaur today(**/**/****) and they your money has been credited to your wallet which i never asked for and now again they are saying it will take *-** working days. I am fed up with these people just giving me fake promises. Complaint no is ******* and REF id is REF*********.
Please help to get my money back.
please don't book ticket from Travelook website.
