I am using Byjus from past *.* yrs, the worst ever edtech platform ever seen. I had ordererd a new tablet, which was not delivered and from past * months I am chasing for the refund amount. The customer care people disconnect the call in between, they dont answer your call when you call from your registered mobile number. Its a humble request to all parents please dont fall in this TRAP and dont buy any products from Byjus, its simply waste of your hard earned money.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
