Make my Trip MMT - Refund of my flight tickets cancelled by MMT

Due to corona virus lockdown, my tickets were cancelled. After so many days MMT sent my refund money to my MMT wallet. And they have given a option to transfer the amount into bank, i filled all the required details. It's showing refund done in my MMT account but still money has not yet come. I have also verifed with my bank, they denied that they did not get any such refunds for my account.
