I transported. A cpu and a ** inch display from jalna to wakdewadi bustand through gunina parcel located in jalna, when I received my products on wakdewadi bustand,
*: casing ofthe cpu made of metal was bent, and inner components like SSD totally damaged
*: ** inch monitor display was totally broken from top left side despite of thermocol packaging
When I visited their office they started talking rudely and aggressively. They told us to send photos of damaged product and they will refund it but nobody gave any response after that.
Nobody receives phone call in a single try, after four to five calls they receive calls and starts talking rubbish
