Ray Ban - Refund of my cancelled product

I purchased a product and the product was defensive I just cancelled the product and the delivery boy has picked my return of product at June ** and therefore the Indian govt has banned club factory and I’m unable to contact cc of the site and I did not received my refund yet ,kindly look into this and solve it.
