Ashwani Automobiles Pvt. Ltd. - Refund of money

**-**-**** is my sister marrige and for gifting her a car we booked a ( eon white color car)
By giving a booking amount of rupess **** (five thousand rupess)

The company commited us to give us the delivery of car on *-**-**** , when we reach to get the car they refused to give us white color of eon , and manuplated us to take another color , they betrayl us from our sources come to know that they sell the white car to someone esle to make extra profit of **,*** and refused us.
On the spot we needed the car because we commited to giving the gift to our sister and we feeled ashamed and insulted therefore we immidetly buy the white car on premium from another company by giving extra **,*** rupess.
And after one month when we go to refund our booking amount they told us they are going to cut *,*** rupes and we gonna recive **** rupess. Even its there fault
We travel **km one sided many times to go there but they have the same answers.
So we appel to consumer court to do justice with us and help us to get refund of booking amount *,*** + **,*** extra which we pay because of there greediness + intrest of ** months +compentation of harsment and which we sufer mently at the time of marrige + our time and our money which we use to go there **-** times for refunding of money .
