Oasis Venetia Heights - Refund of Money

We booked a flat with Oasis Venetia Heights on March'**** under the subvention scheme and it was agreed that builder has to pay the Pre-EMI till offer of possession and now possession has been delayed from the stipulated & EMI gets started without our notice. The burden is totally on us now and the purpose of the flat has now changed because builder delayed the offer of possession and he is not paid the EMI on timely basis and we are liable to cancel the Flat in any case. We visited the builder many times he's not even listening to us or cancel the flat and harassing us like anything keep on saying every time come on this date I don't have fund can't refund the money. moreover there employee(Rohit) is talking inappropriately with us not bear with us. I would request you to please take this on high priority and route to the correct person so that it can be resolved ASAP we are chasing from last one year no help. Regards, Garvit Pahwa **********
