Astrotalk - Refund of money

I had used Astrotalk as I was having issue in my personal life. And on *st January **** I met an astrologer he mentioned that he will be able to help and all things will be done. He mentioned that I need to give him time and he used to basically tell me that I need to be online on the app . For * month and * days I was there on the app. Everyday I was paying *****-*****. All of a sudden the astrologer disappeared.
Now I am asking with the company and they are not even helping they are raising baseless tickets.
I emailed them that I have incurred a loss of ** lacs.
