MAAC - Refund of money

This is regarding Master Samarth Shukla, who joined MAAC Lucknow regarding CE PLUS (COMPOSITING AND EDITING PLUS) course for ** months. I transferred Enrollment & Registration fee of Rs. *****/- and thereafter admission Fee of Rs. *****/-.

As I mentioned at the time of registration, Master Samarth has not attended his school for last * years because he has been suffering from OCD and his treatment is going on and so, after attending only *-* sessions, he is reluctant to go there.

I reported this issue to Lucknow MAAC, and asked them for return of that money but they are not willing to refund this at all.

In view of above, I request you to kindly rethink and refund at least some portion of Rs. **,***/ because I am a salaried person and belong to middle class. I managed very hard to deposit this money hoping for better result for my child, but since he is not willing to do this course anymore, there is no point in continuing this.

Please consider this case as exception one.
