kher developers - refund of money

Dear Sir,

This is to bring to your notice that self has decided to purchase one studio apartment in dehradun in the year **** through Kher developers
I have made a payment of ***** through atm card. Later on the developer asked for initial money to start work for finishing . So i took personal loan of * lakhs to meet the commitments.
I have transfered * lakhs ruppes in the said account through neft.
Upon asking for status of my flat and documents of the same developer told me to transfer money and to opt for house loan and then sale deed will be made.
developer has not shown any document to me and when i enquired about that flat for loan through State bank of india i came to know that flat is not MDDA approved.
later developer was making pressuere to give me another flat but i refused to make any deal further for breach of trust.
in the year **** from august to till date (**.**.****) only ***** rupees he has refunded.
Now he is not responding for further refund as he is pressuresing me to buy property .
I would like to mention here that he already told me that refund is not possible.
Managing director Mr. Rohit Kher and his team is repeatedly misguiding us when we contact them.
His accountant is also not responding for refund.

Kindly take appropriate action and i request this forum to help me in obtaining my money with interest.
