Aakash Institute Bokaro - Refund of money

I decided to take * year subscription in Aakash for the preparation of NEET.On **st December **** I paid ***** as registration fee and on *rd January **** I took admission by paying ***** everything was going well staffs also talked sweetly. But then Lockdown was being announced so I came home. When I called them firstly they didn't pay heed then after ** hrs they responded that after * days my PSID would be activated and I was provided someone else's PSID for online classes * days but unfortunately I was not satisfied with their faculty so I requested for refund but they said to mail on the email id of Aakash I did accordingly but * week has passed and I haven't got any reply from Aakash. I want my money back please help
