I have deposited **k inr to wazirx through there only paymnet option of mobiwik. Mobiwik charged *** so total ***** from my bank account. There was no reflection of fund in wazirx wallet even when the money was deducted. Raised multiple tickets , mailed them and tried reaching only getting BOT replies of wait * days . My question is *hy they don't refund my hard earned money. It's a huge quantum of amount for me.
