Naturals Ice Cream - Refund of money for non delivered order

I had ordered a ice cream from naturals which was accepted and showed in "preparation" after ** mins -** mins received a call from swiggy guy that ordered ice cream is out of stock nd is also confirmed by shopkeeper. Ths shopkeeper and is also asking for alternate flavour which we didn't required. Shopkeeper asked to cancel order so we cancelled the order and we are not getting refund for the same.
