Logix city developers - Refund of moeny from developer

Dear Sir,
With due respect I kindly inform you that I have booked two flats in M/s Logix City Developers Pbt Ltd project logix ZEST, Sector ***-Noida Expressway in
Jan ****. However, he has not given possession of units. I followed up with Logix for refund of money but he has not refunded the money. I have filled complain in RERA and RERA has also directed Logix to refund moeny with interest. RERA has issued many Notices to Developer M/s Logix City Developers PVT Ltd for refund of moeny. However, developer is not willing to refund the money.
Logix does not have any plan to deliver the unit and Not have any intent to refund the invested money with interest to the investor. I am mentally harrassed for not getting the unit since last more than * years and and not getting refund from the Developer.
