Disney Holiday inn suite india pvt Ltd - Refund of membership amount

Sir, I become member of above company by paying Rs. ******/ on dt **/**/** to provide accommodations when we tour to India and abroad when company representatives call us in hotel at kangra hp. Thereafter we contact on their no then they said the case is in process but no response. We again made a plan for Manali and email our program then they again said it is in process. We came back from Manali but allin vain. Then we requested for refund but not refunded even all platform. They are not receiving my letters of email proof which has sent and received but all in vain. Kindly help
