WTC Noida Development Company Pvt Ltd - Refund of Invested amount for WTC Unit No C09

I, Gireeshkumar Balakrishnan (PAN: BCQPB****L), am an allottee of Unit No. C-**-**D in the project 'WTC NOIDA-CBD'. I booked this unit on October *, ****, with Application No. CBD/*****/**-**.
Project Details (For Search/Selection on Portal):

As per the builder-buyer terms, the project was expected to be completed by February **, ****. However, the project is currently stalled and has come under investigation by the Enforcement Directorate (ED), with assets provisionally attached.

Despite significant financial commitment, the promoter has failed to deliver possession or provide a clear timeline for completion. I have already reached out to the internal Ombudsman Committee but have received no concrete resolution regarding the refund of my principal amount.
I request the following:
 Refund of the total principal amount paid: ₹*,***,***.**.
 Interest on the said amount at the prescribed RERA rate (MCLR + *%) from the date of each payment until the date of actual refund.
 Compensation for mental agony and legal expenses incurred due to the promoter's failure to meet the statutory completion date.
