Hotel booking I d no HTLZXX*DJ.
Cancelled due to Corona virus and travel ban.
Refund made Rs.*.**.
Reason Booking terms non refundable.
Contention:It is special case of corona virus and hotel is closed. Cannot travel due to travel ban.
Therefore refund is justified.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
