I talked to the representative In September **** for legal certificate and he assured that I will get it soon with available documents. I paid the processing amount. At early stage I provided the require documents but stiil I didn't get the certificate,neither the representative response the call nor he take initiative. I demand for refund but he is said that I will get only half amount.
