Cleartrip AND AIRINDIA - Refund of Flight Tickets

I am putting forward my compliant against Cleartrip with whom i had booked air tickets of Air India for Amritsar in December **** for travelling in November **** amounting to Rs. *****/-. It was informed to me by cleartrip that Air India has cancelled the flights due to Covid ** and i was asked to cancel the tickets. Now i have been continuously following up for the refund but i am been given answers on email and sms as : "Your request against trip ID xxx is received and our customer support will get in touch with you. However there are no calls received from anyone neither my money is refunded to me.
