Travel Look - Refund of flight tickets booked

I booked two onward & return tickets by travel look.co. site by paying an amount of ****/-.
Immediately I got a call to pay another ****/- for difference of fare for confirmation.
I refused and asked them to refund the amount.
I got a mail immediately that my booking is cancelled, but no details about my refund.
When I called they told it will take ** days to refund.
It's totally cheating, fraud site, collecting amounts from innocent people.
