I booked air tickets for my family through travolook.in on **.**.**** bearing reference ********* and paid Rs ****.Ther e scheduled flight Goair G* *** on **.**.**** was cancelled.Travel agency is neither refunding the amount nor attending any query.Goair confirmed of having refunded Rs **** to the agency by a reply mail and asked me to contact the agency.I wrote a number of times to the agency. The agency is not responding to. Kindly indulge in the matter .
