I booked a flight during the lockdown period of **th April but due to lockdown extension flights were cancelled and according to govt. policy the refund should be made for bookings between March ** - May *rd. Now airlines have issued my refund but ixigo is giving me the option to reschedule my flight. There is no way to contact them either
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
