Gaurav Rastogi filed complaint against Eurokids India on Jul 24, 2018
I had contacted Eurokids Pre School, Barkat Nagar, Jaipur for admission of my Child. In *nd meeting I had deposited Rs ****/- and let my child go to school and again Rs ****/- on the *rd day (*th July **** )of school.
However while regularly dropping my child from day * to day * in first week (*th to **th July ****) itself, I noticed that there is no safety measures at school, no security guard at entrance gate of school. Even on *th day, I gone in franchise owner Mrs Naveena Singhania's room to drop my child and found nobody there at. Than after * minutes, I gone inside the classroom and ask a Baiji to take my child inside. I was just wondering that some infants of *-* years were playing here and there and there was no staff to take care of them. Even a man came inside the office room, put some thing on the table and gone. This was a mind changing incident for me regarding safety of my child.
Secondly, * days out of * when I met Mrs Naveena Singhania, she always was sitting very untidy and ugly. I doesn't understand when teacher is like this than how they will teach discipline.
Thirdly, there are no toys in the school, just some old and broken toys. How a child can stay without any toys which they can enjoy and play with.
Fourthly, there are only baiji's for pre school child and no educated teacher to look after them and to inculcate basic manners etc in infants.
Due to all above reasons I decided to cancel admission of my child in EuroKids. However When I asked Mrs Naveena Singhania to cancel the admission, he clearly denied for refund of any fees, and told that my child has been registered in school and said that they have no refund policy.
Even I had not given photos of my child and birth certificate than how they have registered and even if registered than how can somebody let his child go in this type of school.
This is clearly cheating at Euro Kids school, she told me to contact their so called regional office at Elements Mall, ajmer road, Jaipur. I immediately gone there too but as the franchise owner there office was just open and nobody inside the office.
Kindly take immediate necessary action against the franchise regarding safety and other measures and refund my hard earned money (Rs *****/-)
