Roots Education Private Limited - Refund of Fee

My daughter Ridhima Jain Enrolled for Mahaguru CAT exam coaching preparation course, in ****.

But My daughter Ridhima could not attend the training program due to hectic schedule and some class atmosphere issues and hence decided to drop out. When I contacted your MBAGuru Office , they advised me that refund is not possible though Ridhima can attend classes next year for the same fee.

But Ridhima got an opportunity for Masters from Abroad and hence could not attend the classes next year also and later on dropped the idea of pursuing CAT.

Hence I request you to kindly look into the situation and arrange for a refund of the fee paid for the classes.

Payment Bill, and Invoice along with correspondence and consumer helpline assistance formed is attached for your reference.
