Samson Andrew Fernandez filed complaint against Dominos on Mar 18, 2024
I had to cancel the order since the delivery address was wrongly identified by their app.
Firstly I called the respective outlet, they denied the cancellation.
They were hanging up the call everytime, so I had to call them multiple times.
After **min they updated it as delivered and they said they will refund in dominos wallet.
Since it didn't come they said will refund in ** days.
Now after ** days they are denying the refund saying it's my mistake.
And the outlet manager is raging and challenging that he won't give the refund.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
