UBER n Phone Pe - Refund of excess amount paid due to mal functioning

I was trying to pay for a uber ride Rs ***. amount got deducted from my bank twice but not credited to driver due to issue with Phone pe app. Finally I had to pay the driver by cash. In the process Rs.*** got paid to driver extra. I am looking for a refund. Both uber n phone pe are not taking any responsibility
