IDFC first loans - Refund of exceess money after foreclosing the loans not done

On March *th, I have closed my IDFC Bank personal loans. Please find attached loan statement of accounts ******** and ********.
After closing my personal loan accounts they are still excess money is there. but still refund is not credited into my account HDFC bank account. Attached the Bank account.
Please chekc and do the needful. call me on : **********.
After calling customer care , on **th March **** , money refund done but they are not giving UTR number or details about the trasactions
