I ordered an impression kit from toothsi for the invisible aligners for Rs *** on ** Dec, the kit reached me on **th Dec, and a Video consultation was done on **th Dec.They asked me to pay ***** as the down payment to order aligners on the call, and I made the payment with my axis bank credit card. But the impressions didn't come properly even after taking them multiple times. So I requested the doctor to arrange the scan at the clinic, I tried to connect to customer support over the call and even dropped an email to customersupport@toothsi.in for a refund of down payment of *****. But neither the doctors are responding nor the support team. So I kindly request you to help me with this issue.
