Turkish cargo - Refund of Customs duty paid due to the negligence of Turkish Airlines

We imported one consignment from Wood Mizer , Poland through Turkish Cargo (AWB ***- ********) . The shipment was booked **.**.**** against AWB ***-******** from Poland and the same has been arrived on **.**.****. But Turkish Cargo team in India failed to notify us regarding the arrival of the shipment. We have tried to get their number from the ( +** *** *** ****) and surprised to understand that the number does not exist. Finally after several attempts we got their Hyderabad – India office contact number from our Poland supplier and contacted . When the shipment arrived there was no intimation from their end regarding this and with repeated efforts we were able to locate the parcel.
After contacting / writing we have received the confirmation on **.**.**** from your team stating that, the shipment has been arrived on **.**.**** and asking us to clear the shipment. By that time the late filing charges has been incurred for INR *****/-. After several mail correspondence with Turkish Cargo staff Mr. Jaleel. He has accepted for reimbursement through mail confirmation and asked us to apply for claim delay notification (Attached the Mail correspondence and acceptance from Mr. Jaleel) . We have filed BOE on **.**.**** though our CHA and cleared the shipment with paying fine and duty INR ******/-. The late filing charges incurred purely due to the irresponsibility of Turkish Cargo Service . After that till date we were continuously contacting them through phone and E mails but they are not updating the status not refunding our amount. Due to their negligence we were forced to pay the fees and our manpower is behind them to get back the amount
