Sir i purchase honor play smartphone from m.hinonor.com website and paid ***** for this product. But due to delay in delivery i cancled it on ** august **** but i couldn't get my refund money till date. The company customer service provider said that will take more time to further processing . But actually it violate the company norms. They said that in their policy that after receiving the product in the warehouse the refund will be initiative within ** hours but till now no information will be given in this regard.
Kindly help me to get rid out of this gamble.
