I had booked the indigo flight for travel in April from yatra agency, which I had to cancel it due lockdown in covid. I have also got to know from indigo customer care that my refund of Rs. ***** has been credited to yatra. Yatra people has also confirmed the above statement and told that the amount will be credited back. But its going to be more than a month and still the amount has not been credited in my account.
I am tired of following up with yatra people but there is no communication from their end till now.
