Travolook in - Refund of cancelled Air ticket

I had booked online air air ticket from Trivandrum to Bangalore on **th of june thru Travolook.in(ref number********* name- sreekumar). Once payment is made within * minutes a lady called me and informed that for my booking airlines is not accepting hence they are canceling & refunding the amount within ** to ** days excluding saturday & sunday. Already ** days over. I had send several reminders. I called their customer support what they say already my refund processed i will get it in another **days time. I asked for transaction number and bank details. They were not able to give.
Its a clear case of fraud. This website is still active. I want to lodge a complaint. Kindly adivise.
