Byju's - Refund of byju s premium subscription

Please cancel my byju's subscription because I didn't like byju's the
services. There are infinite problems in byju's. No customer care support.
No mentor support. No technical team support. They have not changed my time
and I have complaint * month ago. Because of that I am missing all my
classes. I have told to exchange my tab because it is lagging and till now
no action has been taken place I have complaint for the tab approximately *
months ago. I have not received my new books till now for my new session.
Mentor never picks up the call and resolve my doubts. Customer care always
put the call on hold. And there are many many more problems. So please
cancel my byju's premium subscription and refund my money for this year and
next * years...
