In.via.com - refund of bus ticket

I booked a bus ticket from Lucknow to Delhi on **/**/**** through in.via.com ******** [bus name -Royal Bus India] at **:** PM (journey date). I tried to contact at the given number but the number (************ ) was showing incorrect. Neither anyone contacted me for this journey, between * pm to *:** am nor the number was reachable showing correctly for this time. When I contacted in.Via.com for the alternate number then no reply came from there side regarding number validity/alternate number/bus location. Bus operator didn't drop any message regarding his bus availability/movement.
