Hotel City Park Pitampura New Delhi - Refund of Booking Amount due to Lock down

On *st March, **** I had booked banquet Hall for the marriage of my daughter to be held on **-**-**** at Hotel City Park, Pitampura, New Delhi, for which advance of Rs.* Lacs was paid vide cheque to hotel city park as advance booking amount. The marriage could not be held on the scheduled date due to the nation wide Lockdown announced by the government. I have written several mails to the hotel for refund of the booking amount. The management is procrastinating on some pretext or the other to refund the booking amount, which I am entitled due to no fault of mine.
