We had booked the new Skoda Kylaq vehicle on **nd Dec **** from the MAHAVIR ŠKODA Showroom located at the following address - "A/****, Plot, No */*/***/**, ****, Road No. **, Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad, Telangana ******, India" with an Initial Booking amount of Rs. **,***/- only.
Several Months passed, It was mentioned that the delivery of the vehicle would start from ** Jan ****, Later they mentioned we are waiting for the allocation of the car in coming weeks of february and then we can take the delivery of the car, February month passed by and in the *st week of March as well we didnt had any update on the allocation of the vehicle, Frustrated with the long wait we requested to cancel the booking of our vehicle and initiate refund of the booking amount of Rs. **,***/- only.
The Email to initiate the cancellation of the booking and all the requested documents and payment receipts were sent to the dealership email addresses as shared by them earlier after confirmation of the booking, On ** March **.** PM we sent the request for cancellation, one of the email addresses was incorrect in the email and later after correcting it the same request for cancellation along with all the required documents and receipts were attached and sent out on the same day ** March at **.** PM
Since then the harassment that has started has not finished yet, Initially they mentioned that the refund will be processed in * working days, but later even after multiple followups and speaking to the dealership I have received only false assurances that the refund has been initiated and will be processed in next few days, new dates on each followup for the refund.
I had followed up multiple times via email on **th March **.** PM, next on **th April **.** PM, Later on **th April I had word with the HOD-Customer Relations Sales - MS Y Anuradha, who assured me to send the documents again and that she will personally ask the back end team to process the request and the refund will be initiated in the next * working days.
Today its **th April and we are still waiting for our refund to be received, At this point we are done with doing the followup again and again to receive false assurances with a new date everytime, I request the "MAHAVIR ŠKODA" take responbility of their actions and in addition to the Refund of the booking amount of Rs. **,***/-, we demand a one time compensation of Rs. **,***/- and the interest on the booking amount of Rs. **,***/- from **th March till the date the refund will be processed.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
