Ankit Projexcel - Refund of Booking Amount

Refund of my booking amount for the Type S* property at Niravade, Petro de Goa. As per Mr. Vasim Patel, Director of Sales & Marketing at Ankit Projexcel, it was assured that the booking amount of Rs. *,**,*** (Rupees One Lakh) would be promptly refunded within ** days of cancellation.

Furthermore, I also followed up with Mr. Santosh Chintaman Suryarao, Co-Founder and Director - Legal, who informed me that the amount was deposited in the RERA collection account and that the cancellation process to refund the said amount would take some time.

Regrettably, it has been twenty-two months since the cancellation, and I have yet to receive the refund of Rs. ***,***/- as promised. I entrusted my hard-earned savings into this property booking, and the delay in the refund has caused significant financial losses and mental stress.
