I was trying to book air ticket on **nd Aug **** via Travolook.in website from Chennai to Delhi for * of my family members (To and Fro ticket). After going through economical fare I choose to book via Air India and after making payment I got booking reference REF********* SMS to my Phone number and my personal email id. Immediately I got a call from Travolook representative stating booking got cancelled due to operational issue and refund will be credited back within * to ** working days. I have been following up via email and phone and I am getting same reply. Its almost a month now and I have not got my refund amount yet credited back to my account. Hence feeling suspicious and want to file a consumer legal complaint to help getting my refund immediately
