Edttera Edventure Pvt Ltd has taken money in advance for the school trip France and Spain scheduled in the month of April **, due to the pandamic the trip got cancelled.
The company has taken the full amount of Rs. ****** in advance and the single process of trip is not done from their side. The company is not taking our note on serious basis and ignoring us with the same comments. Now we want our refund amount with out any excuses and vouchers.
Please help and take this on priority to resolve this issue and please let me know if any details required from our end.
