Edterra Edventures Pvt. Ltd. company has taken money in advance for the school trip to France and Spain scheduled in the month of April **, due to pandemic the trip got cancelled.
The company has taken full amount Rs.****** in advance and the single process of trip is not done from their side. The company is not taking our note on seriously basis and ignoring us with the same comments. Now we want our refund amount without any excuses and vouchers.
Please help and take this on priority to resolve this issue and please let me know if any details required from our end.
