The flight was canceled due to the lockdown in India and the pandemic situation. I would like to obtain a full refund of my tickets at the earliest. Ticket details are as below:

I have requested Air India multiple times until now for the issue of refund by contacting the customer service through telephone calls and multiple emails to e-commerce team . Twitter Air india team was also contacted.
All communications until now over a period of ** months have not resulted in the refund of my money.
I would like the concerned team and authorities to act at the earliest and issue refund of my money.
