Travo look - Refund of air ticket

My family tried booking air tickets from Travolook.in website from Delhi to Bangalore on **th Aug'**. Once the payment was made, they got a notification that the air tickets couldn't get booked due to fare expiration. It also said that the amount paid will be refunded in *-* business days. Its been almost * months and the refund is still pending. They are not even replying to our mails now nor answering on customer support service. PLS HELP.
