I had booked air ticket on **/**/**** vide ref no. REF********* through travolook by paying Rs.**** online which was subsequently cancelled by travolook citing technical reason and confirmed refund of amount within * days.However, refund has not been to my account till date in spite of several complaint made by me either through email or through customer care. Every time I lodge a complaint, I have made a false promises of getting refund within ** to ** days. There should be some strict regulations & provision for severe penalty for playing this kind of dirty game with their customers.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
