Saranga The Gents Pg puzzles Esteem House Pg - Refund of Advance Rental

I am Sridhar Gangavarapu and I study at IIM Bangalore. I took a room at room no.*** of Saranga Gents PG at Bilekahalli, Bangalore on payment of advance rent for an amount of Rs.**,***/- on **/**/****. I vacated the PG on **/**/****. There were no dues of rent from my side to the PG. I was told that my advance rent amount will be transferred with in * days from that date. I have been following up with the manager there and with the owner of the PG since then. But, they are not even taking the call and amount is not yet refunded. I am attaching the advance payment receipt and screenshot of the Phonepe transfer transaction.
