I enquires many transport company from just dail. I after *hours one call came from suraj transport roadway pvt ltd, his name is suraj sant and mobile number is ********** and he says i am from suraj transport roadway pvt ltd you calling my firm. I said yes. I want truck for shifting house hold items from devlali nasik to belgaum. Then he says rs *****/-. He says you book a truck prior of * days. On ** jun **** i call him for agreement. Lastly rs *****/ deal with him. He said me rs ****/ for advance booking of truck. Then he gaves following details with account number :-

All including charges
Packing with loading and unloading with insurance and full transporting charges only

Finally i send advance payment of rs ****/- to his above mentioned account number and booked a truck on ** jun ** at ****hrs afternoon. I told him give drivers and truck details. He says giving tommarrow. I communicated with him till ** jun **** but he could not given a driver and truck details. Lastly on ** jun ** the truck has not come and i frequently call him but he doesn't reply me. I booked another vehicle on ** jun **** and i reached my home station belgaum.
May i request to you to find out above person and refund my money.
